Where's the Weather?

Your editorial in the December 1988 issue of COMPUTE! mentioned two weather information services, namely the Accu-Weather Forecaster offered by Mctacomet and Weather Bank's Weather Brief. I have been unable to find the companies' addresses or phone numbers at my local library. If you could help me, I would appreciate it very much.
